Daniel P. Maltese

Daniel P. Maltese, Esq. is a founding partner of Maltese & Gabriele, PLLC. He earned his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 2001 and was admitted to practice in New York in 2002.

For more than two decades, Mr. Maltese has represented injury victims throughout New York in cases involving car and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, construction accidents, premises liability, and other serious injury claims. He has recovered millions of dollars for injured clients, including numerous multimillion-dollar settlements and verdicts.

He represents clients throughout New York City, Long Island, and Westchester, with a focus on direct attorney communication and personal attention throughout every case.

Jon-Paul Gabriele

JP Gabriele, Esq. is a founding partner of Maltese & Gabriele, PLLC and a former President of the Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association.

Since 2014, Mr. Gabriele has focused exclusively on representing injury victims throughout New York in cases involving car accidents, medical malpractice, slip and falls, construction accidents, and other serious injury claims. He handles every stage of litigation, from initial case evaluation through trial, and has tried cases in courts across New York State.

Mr. Gabriele’s approach to representing clients was shaped early on by his father and mentor, Guido Gabriele, Esq., who often said: “I represent every client the way I would want to be represented.”

He carries that principle into every case, with an emphasis on direct attorney involvement, responsive communication, and personal attention throughout the litigation process.
